We review all applications following the close of season in April / May. Those shortlisted will receive an invite to an interview, those who were not selected will be notified. Following a successful interview you will be invited to our compulsory Lighting and Digital Training Sessions.

Once we have evaluated your strengths we will offer you a probation period of 3 months leading up to season. Following the probation, if you are ready for season you will be incorporated into the Freelance crew.
